Andrew is a Commercial Director by trade with 15 years corporate experience up to board level behind him. He has worked in companies like Mercedes Benz delivering problem solving processes and policies. Currently a Management Consultant at eBay, specialising in Automotive. Andrew also mentors a number of early stage businesses through the Virgin Start Up program, he loves the ideation process and is passionate about helping start ups in his community through exciting new initiatives like House of Genius.
Samad Masood began his career as a technology journalist, and then became an industry analyst forecasting and predicting IT trends over the first decade of the millennium. He currently runs an innovation accelerator at Accenture that brings start-ups together with the world’s leading banks. Samad grew up in South East Asia but settled in the UK in 1995 when he came to do his degree in Sociology at the University of Surrey. He is a fan of sci-fi novels, computer games and cycling….if ever he finds the time to indulge them.
Julianne is originally from Washington State but moved to London to work in Growth Marketing for an early stage tech start-up in December of 2015. After originally learning about House of Genius through participating in a panel hosted at a co-working space in Sao Paulo, Julianne joined the London House of Genius team to help with their marketing efforts. On top of this work, she is actively involved with volunteer projects with the Rotary International organization and is one of those weird people who actually enjoys running.
Prior to House of Genius, Priya has worked on a number of different early-stage businesses such as PR & Communications, an industry-leading personal finance website, and creating a BAFTA award-winning e-learning app for kids. She has first-hand experience in seeing the benefits of collaboration between tech startups and traditional networks. Priya is currently supporting startups on our House of Genius program and is passionate about developing the services we offer in our HofG program. A strong love for the Arts, Priya trained as a designer in University and spent her time growing up in culture capitals of the world including New Delhi, Dubai, Paris, Milan, San Francisco & the effervescent city of London.
